Responsibilities & Context:

HR Role:

  • Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and

  • benefit programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development and payroll administration and

  • employee record management.

  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, implement HR Plan, policies, initiatives, Code of Conduct of the

  • company with the overall business strategy.

  • Develop and implement human resources programs and policies and periodically updates policies and procedures

  • handbooks.

  • Support management in conducting performance reviews; promote motivational career paths, and monitor and

  • foster talent.

 Compliance:

  • Monitoring & supervising all the legal issues for contracts/agreement with the client.

  • Ensure that project contracts have preferred contractual protections and that standard terms are used .

  • Provides feedback and manage project contract terms in alignment with company policies and commercial

  • Objectives.

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.

  • Supervision and documentation of all official agreement, License and others .
