HR Role:
Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and
benefit programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development and payroll administration and
employee record management.
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Develop and implement HR strategies, implement HR Plan, policies, initiatives, Code of Conduct of the
company with the overall business strategy.
Develop and implement human resources programs and policies and periodically updates policies and procedures
handbooks.
Support management in conducting performance reviews; promote motivational career paths, and monitor and
foster talent.
Compliance:
Monitoring & supervising all the legal issues for contracts/agreement with the client.
Ensure that project contracts have preferred contractual protections and that standard terms are used .
Provides feedback and manage project contract terms in alignment with company policies and commercial
Objectives.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.
Supervision and documentation of all official agreement, License and others .
