Job Responsibilities

  • Able to prepare Human Resource policies as per management decision and Bangladesh local Law

  • Prepare Management report, documentation as per instruction by the management

  • Able to complete the process of performance management of various departmental employees.

  • Able to prepare Job Description of new employees of various department

  • Focuses on the professional growth and development of a company's employees, while human resource management

  • focuses on supervising and coordinating employees to help a business succeed

  • Able to handle employee exit management.

  • focuses on establishing and maintaining a positive work environment for individuals to retain talent and recruit new team members.

  • functions to improve the overall corporation by helping people enhance their skills and knowledge to improve performance

  • Able to complete the process of talent recruitment and onboarding

  • Able to evaluate proper workforce engagement of all areas

  • Able to handle hole training and development management system

  • Able to prepare HR succession planning
