Job Responsibilities
Able to prepare Human Resource policies as per management decision and Bangladesh local Law
Prepare Management report, documentation as per instruction by the management
Able to complete the process of performance management of various departmental employees.
Able to prepare Job Description of new employees of various department
Focuses on the professional growth and development of a company's employees, while human resource management
focuses on supervising and coordinating employees to help a business succeed
Able to handle employee exit management.
focuses on establishing and maintaining a positive work environment for individuals to retain talent and recruit new team members.
