MBA/BBA/Masters in HRM from a reputed university
Sr. Executive: 3–5 years
Assistant Manager: 5–8 years
Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in ERP & MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
a) Manage recruitment & selection process (CV screening, interview coordination & onboarding)
b) Maintain employee database, personal files and HRIS records
c) Handle attendance, leave management, payroll support and final settlement
d) Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and audit requirements
e) Prepare HR letters, reports and official documents
f) Monitor disciplinary actions, grievance handling and employee engagement
g) Oversee administrative operations (office management, logistics & vendor management)
h) Coordinate with government bodies and regulatory authorities when required
i) Support in policy development and implementation
j) Ensure workplace safety and compliance standards
k) Any others job assign by the management
