Department: Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and records.

  • Process resignation files, maternity leave, and related HR documentation.

  • Prepare office ID cards and coordinate printing and distribution.

  • Maintain attendance, overtime, leave, and deployment records.

  • Process TA/DA bills and maintain supporting documents.

  • Maintain office documents, administrative files, and inventory records.

  • Screen CVs and coordinate recruitment support activities.

  • Process employee police verification and compliance-related documentation.

  • Follow up with the Accounts department regarding final settlements, salaries, and resignation payments.

  • Prepare reports and official correspondence, and provide administrative support to HR and Operations departments.
