  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management position.

  • Experience in woven, denim, or sweater manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.

  • Strong experience in compliance audits and industrial relations management.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making capability.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and compliance standards.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the above position:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall HR, Administration & Compliance functions for both factories.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer requirements, and factory compliance standards.

  • Handle industrial relations, disciplinary management, grievance handling, and employee engagement.

  • Lead recruitment, manpower planning, payroll, attendance, and overall HR operations.

  • Coordinate buyer audits, third-party audits, and government inspections.

  • Supervise factory administration including security, transport, canteen, and workplace safety.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.

  • Prepare management reports related to HR, Admin & Compliance.

  • Maintain smooth coordination among all departments for effective factory operations.
