Lead Group HR Strategy: Drive a unified HR vision across all business units, ensuring alignment with overall business growth, profitability, and expansion plans
Build a High-Performance Organization: Establish a performance-driven culture by implementing measurable KPIs, accountability frameworks, and continuous improvement systems
Strategic Workforce Planning: Optimize manpower across Hospital, Hotel, Retail, Tours & Travels, and Property sectors to ensure maximum productivity and cost efficiency
Talent Acquisition Excellence: Design and execute aggressive hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent, reduce hiring time, and improve quality of hire
Performance & Productivity Management: Develop and enforce a robust performance management system linking individual performance with business outcomes
Compensation Strategy & Cost Control: Structure competitive yet cost-effective compensation models, including incentive and commission frameworks aligned with revenue generation
Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to reduce employee turnover, improve satisfaction, and strengthen organizational loyalty
HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, minimizing legal and operational risks
