Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead Group HR Strategy: Drive a unified HR vision across all business units, ensuring alignment with overall business growth, profitability, and expansion plans

  • Build a High-Performance Organization: Establish a performance-driven culture by implementing measurable KPIs, accountability frameworks, and continuous improvement systems

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Optimize manpower across Hospital, Hotel, Retail, Tours & Travels, and Property sectors to ensure maximum productivity and cost efficiency

  • Talent Acquisition Excellence: Design and execute aggressive hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent, reduce hiring time, and improve quality of hire

  • Performance & Productivity Management: Develop and enforce a robust performance management system linking individual performance with business outcomes

  • Compensation Strategy & Cost Control: Structure competitive yet cost-effective compensation models, including incentive and commission frameworks aligned with revenue generation

  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to reduce employee turnover, improve satisfaction, and strengthen organizational loyalty

  • HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, minimizing legal and operational risks

  • Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Identify and groom future leaders, ensuring continuity in key positions across all business units

  • Digital HR Transformation: Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS/ERP systems to automate HR processes and enable data-driven decision-making

  • Organizational Development & Change Leadership: Manage restructuring, expansion, and transformation initiatives smoothly with minimal disruption

  • Industrial Relations & Conflict Resolution: Maintain a stable and disciplined work environment by effectively managing disputes, grievances, and workforce relations

  • Employer Branding & Culture Building: Position the organization as an employer of choice and build a strong, ethical, and performance-oriented culture

  • Health, Safety & Employee Welfare: Ensure safe working environments and implement welfare programs, especially for hospital and construction operations

  • HR Governance & Reporting: Provide regular HR analytics, insights, and strategic reports to top management for informed decision-making
