Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced 'General Manager' for Apon Healthcare Ltd. who will lead the business development, marketing, and overall operational activities of our healthcare and diagnostic center. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the Value of Care at the diagnostic center, develop relationships with doctors and corporate clients, create new business opportunities, and flawlessly manage the day-to-day operations of the lab and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Networking with Doctors: Establish strong relationships with renowned specialist doctors and take effective initiatives to increase their referrals and chamber practices at the diagnostic center.
Corporate Partnerships: Execute B2B agreements with various corporate offices, banks, insurance companies, and factories to sell 'Corporate Health Check-up' packages.
Designing New Packages: Create attractive and cost-effective health-screening or diagnostic packages tailored to people of different ages and professions, ensuring sales targets are met.
2. Marketing & Brand Value
Branding & Promotion: Execute local and digital marketing (Facebook, SEO, Local SEO) campaigns to highlight the service quality and reliability of Apon Healthcare Ltd. to the general public.
Health Camps & Events: Organize free medical camps, blood donation drives, or awareness programs in local communities, schools, or corporate houses to directly enhance brand value.
Patient Relationship Management (PRM): Build a positive institutional image by actively collecting patient feedback and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
3. Diagnostic & Healthcare Operations
Supervising Daily Operations: Ensure that reception, patient queue management, sample collection, and report delivery processes are swift and error-free.
Lab & Staff Coordination: Maintain smooth coordination among the pathology lab, radiology department, medical technologists, and administrative staff, alongside monitoring shift transitions.
Quality Control & Compliance: Uphold lab standards to guarantee 100% accuracy in diagnostic reports and ensure strict compliance with all rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Inventory Management: Monitor purchase requisitions and stock levels of reagents, medical supplies, and other necessary equipment.
Problem Solving: Swiftly resolve any grievances raised by patients or doctors to maintain uninterrupted and high-quality service.
