• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.

• Prior experience in MNCs or large-scale industrial organizations is required.

• Experience in technical or heavy manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and its latest amendments.

• Experience in managing HR operations in 100% export-oriented factories.

• Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.) and advanced MS Office applications.

Core Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to handle operational workforce challenges in factory environments.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Manager – HR to lead the Human Resources function of our export-import oriented manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing large-scale industrial HR operations, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs) or major corporate groups. Experience in technical or heavy manufacturing environments will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Factory HR Operations

• Oversee end-to-end factory HR operations ensuring smooth coordination between management and workforce.

Compliance & Audit Management

• Ensure readiness and compliance for international audits including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and other buyer requirements.

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and buyer code of conduct standards.

HR Policy & SOP Development

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs aligned with legal and international standards.

Technical Recruitment & Training

• Manage recruitment for technical staff and factory workers.

• Design and implement structured training programs and annual training calendars.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Supervise payroll processing including wages, overtime (OT), and incentive management through HRIS systems.

Employee Relations

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution effectively.

Performance Management

• Implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems and drive organizational development initiatives.
