Education:

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, HR, or Administration.
  • Experience in a Hotel, Resort, or Serviced Apartment will be given preference.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Hotel PMS software will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, integrity, and willingness to learn.

Job Context

Coventina Lake Suites is a premium serviced apartment located in Gulshan, Dhaka, committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized guest experiences. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Service Executive (HR & Administration).

The selected candidate will play a dual role by ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction while supporting HR and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

Guest Service & Front Office

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and ensure a memorable arrival experience.
  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, and billing through the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accounts, and Security to ensure smooth guest services.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily operational reports.
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and operational at all times.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR database.
  • Assist in preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Support employee orientation and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate staff uniforms, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
