Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Hotel PMS software will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, integrity, and willingness to learn.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Service Executive (HR & Administration).
The selected candidate will play a dual role by ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction while supporting HR and administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities
Guest Service & Front Office
- Welcome guests with professionalism and ensure a memorable arrival experience.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, and billing through the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accounts, and Security to ensure smooth guest services.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and operational at all times.
Human Resources & Administration
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR database.
- Assist in preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Support employee orientation and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate staff uniforms, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
