Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, HR, or Administration.
  • Experience in a Hotel, Resort, or Serviced Apartment will be given preference.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Hotel PMS software will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, integrity, and willingness to learn.


Responsibilities & Context:

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring the smooth availability of supplies required for daily operations and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store and inventory operations.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing and deliveries.

Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure proper receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.

Prepare inventory consumption and variance reports.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, and other departments regarding inventory requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Executive / Senior Guest Service Executive (Store & Inventory) will be responsible for managing inventory control, store operations, procurement coordination, and stock monitoring to ensure uninterrupted operational support for all departments within the serviced apartment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.

Ensure proper stock receiving, issuing, and storage practices.

Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts.

Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

Monitor inventory turnover and stock availability.

Store Operations

Manage day-to-day store activities.

Ensure proper labeling and categorization of inventory items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of store facilities.

Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.

Procurement Coordination

Prepare purchase requisitions based on stock requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries.

Verify received items against purchase orders and invoices.

Assist management in sourcing and vendor evaluation.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Analyze consumption trends and recommend stock planning strategies.

Submit inventory variance reports to management.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Administration departments.

Ensure timely supply of operational materials and guest amenities.

Support departmental inventory planning and forecasting.

Compliance & Cost Control

Minimize inventory loss, wastage, and pilferage.

Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory standards.

Support management in controlling operational costs through effective inventory management.
