Responsibilities & Context:
Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
Collaborate with line managers to plan and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Ensure effective implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and Bangladesh Labour Law.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment.
Drive performance management processes including KPI setting, monitoring, and evaluation.
Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture development initiatives.
Support onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee capability.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
