Manpower Planning
Assist in manpower planning based on business requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Track approved headcount and recruitment status.
Job Description
Prepare, review, and update job descriptions in coordination with concern department.
Ensure JDs clearly reflect role responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.
Job Advertisement
Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Source candidates through CV databases, referrals, networking, and direct search.
Support employer branding initiatives where required.
CV Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct initial CV screening based on job requirements.
Prepare shortlists of suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Maintain proper documentation of screening decisions.
Selection & Assessment Tools
Coordinate and administer selection tools, including:
Written tests & Assessment Centers
Interviews
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and panel members.
Compile interview feedback and assist in final candidate selection.
6. Background Verification
Conduct or coordinate background and reference checks for selected candidates.
Verify employment history, education, and other relevant information as per company policy.
7. Offer Letter & Appointment Letter
Prepare selection proposals and obtain necessary approvals.
Issue offer letters and appointment letters to selected candidates.
Communicate employment terms clearly and handle candidate queries.
8. Onboarding Process
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new hires.
Liaise with HR operations and other departments to complete onboarding activities.
