Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Develop menus, recipes, and seasonal offerings aligned with business objectives and customer preferences.

  • Manage food production, portion control, and food cost to achieve budgeted targets.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

  • Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff to maintain operational excellence.

  • Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

  • Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.

  • Collaborate with F&B and Restaurant teams to plan promotions, special events, and catering activities.

  • Control wastage and implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management.
