Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our HR & Admin team at Confidence Batteries Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative operations and providing HR support to ensure smooth organizational operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the proper management of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

  • Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office materials, uniforms, safety gear, and other essential items.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office and facility management.

  • Prepare and circulate official correspondences, including notices, memos, show cause letters, and warning letters.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and databases while ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities, including employee orientation and induction processes.

  • Track employee attendance, leave applications, and prepare monthly HR & Admin reports and MIS.

  • Coordinate and maintain various organizational licenses, permits, trade licenses, and regulatory renewals to ensure compliance with government and statutory requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and support ISO audits, compliance audits, and internal audit activities.

  • Coordinate and assist in organizing training programs, workshops, employee engagement activities, and development initiatives.

  • Support management in implementing workplace safety, employee welfare initiatives, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Perform any other HR & Administrative responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
