Confidence Batteries Ltd. is looking for a competent and result-oriented professional for the position of Senior Executive – Distribution. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely distribution of battery products across Bangladesh through effective coordination with Sales, Production, Logistics, dealers, distributors and transport partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely nationwide distribution of battery products.

• Prepare and implement effective distribution plans and delivery schedules.

• Monitor daily dispatch, shipment and delivery performance.

• Optimize transportation routes to reduce delivery cost and delivery time.

• Ensure proper stock allocation to distributors and regions.

• Coordinate with the Production team for timely stock replenishment.

• Minimize stock shortages, overstock and product returns.

• Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Production and Service teams.

• Coordinate with transport vendors and third-party logistics providers.

• Maintain effective communication with distributors and dealers.

• Coordinate with the Service team for battery return and replacement processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.

• Monitor distributor performance and ensure service quality.

• Support expansion of the distribution network as per business requirement.

• Collect and analyze dealer feedback to improve distribution performance.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly distribution reports.

• Maintain delivery records, invoices and stock reports.

• Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in SAP/ERP systems.

• Monitor distribution costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• Reduce delivery delays, damages and product returns.

• Ensure compensation recovery from transport providers in case of product damage.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety and quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.

• Record and monitor operating costs of company-owned vehicles.
