Responsibilities & Context:

HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Advise top management on organizational development and workforce planning.

  • Build HR policies that support expansion, productivity, and culture.

  • Lead HR transformation and modernization initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee recruitment for all companies within the group.

  • Develop manpower planning and budgeting.

  • Ensure timely hiring of leadership and critical positions.

  • Standardize recruitment processes across subsidiaries.

  • Build employer branding strategies.

 

Performance Management

  • Design and monitor KPI-based performance appraisal systems.

  • Ensure fair evaluation processes across all business units.

  • Drive performance improvement programs.

  • Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development

 

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop salary structures and grading systems.

  • Supervise payroll governance and benefits administration.

  • Manage bonuses, incentives, insurance, and employee welfare schemes.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations:

  • Maintain healthy employee-management relationships.

  • Handle disciplinary matters and grievance management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

  • Reduce workplace conflicts and turnover.

 

Training & Organizational Development:

  • Identify training needs across companies.

  • Implement leadership development programs.

  • Promote employee engagement and organizational culture.

 

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR manuals, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory obligations.

  • Conduct HR audits across group of companies.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Supervise attendance, leave, payroll coordination,

  • Ensure HRIS (Human Resource Information System) efficiency.

  • Standardize HR reporting and documentation.

  • Monitor HR budgets and operational efficiency.

Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Lead restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or expansion-related HR activities.

  • Support organizational change initiatives.

  • Manage workforce transition and communication plans.

  • Promote group values and culture.

  • Drive employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.

  • Organize engagement programs and CSR-related employee activities.

  • Foster diversity, inclusion, and workplace ethics.
