Responsibilities & Context:

·         Supervise daily engineering activities and technical

operations.

·         Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and

utilities.

·         Monitor engineering performance and operational efficiency.

·         Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance

programs.

·         Ensure timely repair and servicing of equipment

·         Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal

departments

·         Identify technical problems and provide solutions

·         Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental

regulations, and company policies

·         Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and maintenance

staff

·         Monitor spare parts and inventory usage

·         Maintain engineering records, maintenance logs, and

technical reports

·         Prepare management reports on engineering performance

·         Supervise outsourced engineering work for Inside Corporate

and Residence

·         Assign duties and monitor performance

·         Any other assignment required by management time to time.
