Responsibilities & Context:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, buyer requirements, and international standards
• Lead and coordinate all social, environmental, and technical audits (e.g., SEDEX, BSCI, customer audits)
• Oversee implementation, certification, and continual improvement of ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 14064, etc.)
• Develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and waste management
• Manage robust documentation and record-keeping systems for audit and regulatory compliance
• Identify, report, and resolve non-compliance with effective CAPA implementation
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for continuous improvement
• Design and deliver training programs on compliance, ESG, and HSE awareness
