Experience:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience working with HRIS/ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities through the approved manpower requisition system.
Publish job advertisements on BDjobs, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational standards.
Coordinate written tests, interviews, and selection processes with respective departments.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records properly.
Employee Engagement
· Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
· Organize employee engagement activities, cultural events, and team-building programs.
Employer Branding
Manage the company’s presence on job portals and professional networking platforms.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
Disciplinary Management & Compliance
Prepare disciplinary notices, warning letters, charge sheets, and other related documents in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.
Coordinate with management regarding disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for audit and legal compliance purposes.
Separation & Exit Management
Process employee resignation, termination, and separation formalities as per company policy.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports and recommendations.
Issue acceptance letters, clearance documents, and experience certificates.
Coordinate employee offboarding, including ERP/HRIS updates, payroll closure, and final settlement processes.
Insurance & HR Operations Support
Maintain employee insurance records (MetLife Alico) and ensure data accuracy.
Keep employee personal files updated and properly documented.
