Experience:

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Cement Industry

• MBA/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Management from any reputed university.

• CA (CC) / Partly Qualified CA.

• Age 28 to 33 years
• Only Male

• Candidates having knowledge of MIS will be given preference.

• Candidates with skills in report drafting, presentation preparation, analytical ability, and graphical/statistical reporting will be given preference.

Conduct regular physical audits at various Ghats and Depots to ensure proper control and governance.

Conduct regular physical audits and verification of brand and promotional activities.

Conduct regular sales audits across the organization.

Review and assess the performance of RTD workshops regularly.

Review and assess the performance of WTD workshops regularly.

Review Business Development activities and evaluate achievements against targets regularly.

Review and assess balance confirmation and reconciliation activities regularly.

Conduct physical visits to dealers’ and retailers’ outlets, whenever necessary, to ensure their existence and exclusivity.

Participate as a team member in quarterly physical inventory activities.

Assist the Head of Pillar-2 in conducting various audits and preparing audit reports.

Perform any other assignments as assigned by the Line Manager and Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.
