Responsibilities & Context:
Experience in recruitment (HR), telesales, customer service, call center, or sales is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calls and continuous follow-up with clients and candidates.
Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, web-based systems, and data entry.
Result-oriented, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to work toward targets.
