Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in screening CVs and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Support walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.

  • Conduct document checks and follow-up communications.

  • Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.

  • Prepare and organize employee files, documents, and records.

  • Support ID card, visiting card, and official document tracking.

  • Support training coordination and employee engagement activities.

  • Perform data entry and HR documentation tasks.

  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
