Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in screening CVs and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Support walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
Conduct document checks and follow-up communications.
Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare and organize employee files, documents, and records.
Support ID card, visiting card, and official document tracking.
Support training coordination and employee engagement activities.
Perform data entry and HR documentation tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
