Job Purpose: TQIU International (BD) LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves attracting and retaining top talent, fostering an inclusive work environment, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
Manage onboarding and orientation to effectively integrate new hires.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR files, employee logbooks, and recruitment documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.
Training & Development
Implement timely and cost-effective employee training
Programs based on development needs.
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Manage monthly payroll processing, integrating attendance, leave, and deductions.
Track leave balances and prepare monthly summaries.
Performance Management
Support performance processes such as probation evaluations and annual appraisals.
Employee Relations
Handle workplace issues including investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
HR Activities
Conduct HR activities: evaluations, off boarding, succession planning, and career development.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership.
