Organization Overview
Anwer Khan Modern University is inviting applications from qualified, energetic, and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager – HRD. The selected candidate will assist in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, attendance, performance management, and administrative coordination of the university.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
Maintain employee files, HR database, attendance, leave, and manpower records properly.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary guidelines.
Coordinate employee confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
Support payroll coordination and employee benefit administration.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and organizational HR policies.
Assist in organizing training, orientation, and employee development programs.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, notices, and official documentation.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR and administrative matters.
Perform any other HR & administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline from a recognized university.
PGDHRM / Professional HR certification will be considered an added advantage.
Candidates with strong academic background will receive preference.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of practical experience in HR & Administration.
Experience in University, Educational Institution, Hospital, or Reputed Corporate Organization will be preferred.
Practical knowledge of recruitment, labor law, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations is required.
Candidates experienced in HR software / ERP systems will receive added preference.
Additional Requirements
Age preferably between 32–40 years.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good command of English and Bangla in both written and spoken communication.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Honest, responsible, well-organized, and team-oriented.
