The selected candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, student counseling, admission inquiries, and maintaining professional communication with students and guardians.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and assist prospective students, guardians, and visitors professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding admission procedures, academic programs, tuition fees, and university policies.
Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, email, and direct communication.
Support admission application processing and student documentation activities.
Maintain visitor records, inquiry database, and admission-related files properly.
Coordinate with admission officers and academic departments regarding student admission processes.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective students for admission confirmation.
Maintain front desk discipline, professionalism, and positive service standards.
Prepare daily reports and other admission-related documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by the university authority.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates from Business Studies, Marketing, English, Management, or related background will receive preference.
Good academic record will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, Admission, Reception, or related field.
Experience in a University, Educational Institution, Hospital, or Corporate Organization will be considered an advantage.
Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and smart presentation may also apply.
Additional Requirements
Age preferably between 24–32 years.
Smart, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Bangla and English communication.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
