• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Marine Industry

• Age At least 25 years

• Promote and market the organization's LMS online training programs to individuals and corporate clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

• Develop training scripts on compliance topics, including safety, ethics, and regulatory standards.

• Simplify complex policies and technical information into engaging, learner-friendly content.

• Develop interactive e-learning modules in Articulate 360 using provided scripts or independently created content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and training teams to ensure technical accuracy and instructional effectiveness.

• Ensure all training materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Revise and update training scripts and learning modules based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory changes.

• Support promotional campaigns and contribute to the continuous improvement of LMS products and services.
