১. শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে কাজ করার মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
২. স্পোকেন ইংরেজি জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে , না জানা থাকলেও আমাদের সাথে থেকে কাজ করে শিখার সুযোগ পাবেন ।
৩. শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত রিভিউ দিতে হবে এবং তাদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।
৪. WhatsApp-এ তাদের রেসপন্স টাইমলি করার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
৫. সময় ব্যবস্থাপনায় স্বচ্ছতা ও পেশাদারিত্ব থাকতে হবে।
৬. দৈনিক কাজের সময় - ৩ ঘন্টা ( দিনের যেকোনো সময় রিভিউ দিলেও হবে)
৭. প্রতিদিনের রিভিউ প্রতিদিন দিতে হবে।
৮. এটা ইন্টার্ণ তাই ফুল টাইম প্রত্যাশী প্রার্থীরা দয়া করে আবেদন করবেন না।
৯. পরিশ্রমী শিক্ষীর্থীদের আগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে ।
১০. সম্মানী - ৫০০০ টাকা ( মাসিক)
১১. ১ম ১০ দিন ট্রেণিং চলবে - ১০০০ টাকা দেওয়া হবে । এর পর থেকে মাস গনণা হবে ।

Job Responsibilities & Context
Review students' submitted practice videos and provide constructive feedback.
Answer students' questions through WhatsApp, Messenger, or other communication channels.
Guide students regarding classes, assignments, and course schedules.
Follow up with students to ensure regular participation and course completion.
Coordinate with instructors to resolve students' academic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communication.
Build a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Perform other coordination tasks assigned by the management.
