Organization Overview

Anwer Khan Modern University is inviting applications from smart, energetic, and service-oriented candidates for the position of Admission Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for student admission activities, counseling, communication, and maintaining effective coordination with prospective students and guardians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admission-related information and counseling to prospective students and guardians.

  • Guide applicants regarding admission procedures, academic programs, tuition fees, and university policies.

  • Handle admission applications, student documentation, and database management properly.

  • Maintain communication with students through phone calls, email, and direct counseling.

  • Assist in admission campaigns, fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments regarding admission processes.

  • Prepare admission reports, student records, and daily activity summaries.

  • Ensure proper follow-up with prospective students for enrollment confirmation.

  • Support student services and maintain professional behavior at all times.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the university authority.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Candidates from Business Studies, Marketing, Management, English, or Public Administration background will receive preference.

  • Good academic record is preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Admission, Student Counseling, Customer Service, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in a University, Educational Institution, Hospital, or Corporate Organization will be considered an added advantage.

  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age preferably between 24–35 years.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality.

  • Good command of Bangla and English communication.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

  • Positive attitude, honesty, and strong organizational skills.
