Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS/MBA/Post-graduation in any discipline. MPH in Hospital Administration is preferred.

• Additional certification in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will be considered an advantage.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Age At least 40 years

• At least 5–7 years of experience in HR management and hospital administration.

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas:

• Medical College Hospital/large-scale Private Hospital.

• Deep understanding of hospital operational protocols and medical ethics.

• Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and hospital HR protocols.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proficiency in drafting official memos, reports, and legal correspondence in both English and Bengali.

• Computer literacy (MS Office and HR Information Systems).

• Must have a keen desire to help the sick and improve healthcare standards.

• Able to work efficiently under pressure in any crucial environment.

• Oversee the entire Human Resources department for the Medical College and Hospital.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of medical faculty, consultants, and staff.

• Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and disciplinary procedures.

• Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure optimal staffing levels for healthcare delivery.

• Deputy Director will report to COO/Hospital Director.

• As per company rules.
