Experience:
Minimum master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in high-volume big size manufacturing environment of at least 1,000 headcounts.
Has high project management experience, able to meet expectations under tight timeline and juggle multiple hiring projects.
Familiar with all employment relevant laws.
Extensive experience of progressive talent acquisition leadership background (not General HR).
Proven record of success with a variety of recruiting methods.
Possess strong hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting processes within a matrixed reporting.
Keen attention to details, efficient and highly organized.
Good in English language both written and spoken. Critical thinker with problem solving skills.
Experience in working with technology systems, candidate databases and TA metric reporting.
Ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization.

Ensure positive and professional first impression to candidates.
Ensure positive candidate experience through the hiring process.
Manpower Planning & Hiring Strategies:
Partner with HRBPs, management and hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide market insights and deliver tailored recruitment solutions and recruitment channels.
Partner with HRBPs, management and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, design ideal candidate profiles, determine competency criteria and organizational structure.
Lead the team in driving the whole interviewing process and advising key stakeholders on the best practices.
Talent Search & Pool Management:
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing networking and market mapping.
Review selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective.
Design and drive the talent acquisition programs, employee experience initiatives.
Contribute to other talent development and retention projects, on an ad hoc basis.
Internship Program & Vendor Management:
Manage the internship programs by developing a strong relationship with various educational institutions.
Manage third party relationships with vendors, government agencies, recruitment agencies, job portal service providers, universities /or industry associates on talent needs.
Employee Experience Management:
Lead the team to ensure positive first stage employee experience from offering Employment Contract to during preboarding, onboarding and probation period.
Administer Buddy System, ensure smooth transition of new hire into YO preferred culture and enhance transition satisfaction.
Analytics & TA Improvement:
Tract and report recruitment metrics, provide analytical reports to Regional Centre of Excellence and Management.
Analyze recruitment data and take appropriate actions to address any gaps.
Continually upskill the TA team members, coach and mentor the team and be the role model.
Continually measure the effectiveness of the hiring solutions , reengineer and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.
Legislation Compliance & Data Governance:
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliance with relevant laws.
Take accountability on data governance, accuracy, completeness, maintenance and integrity of all related HR systems, documents, and database.
