Responsibilities & Context:

A leading export-oriented apparel and textile manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring initiatives and strengthen organizational workforce capability.

The role requires a proactive HR professional capable of managing end-to-end recruitment operations, workforce planning, and employer branding while aligning talent strategy with business objectives.


Educational Requirements

1. Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify short- and long-term manpower needs

  • Analyze skill gaps and develop proactive recruitment strategies

  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical business positions

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring efficiency and compliance

  • Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and hiring

  • Standardize recruitment policies, tools, and evaluation frameworks

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as HR partner to business leaders regarding hiring requirements

  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations

  • Support structured interview and assessment design

4. Candidate Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Develop sourcing channels and professional talent networks

  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners

5. Offer & Onboarding Management

  • Prepare and issue employment offers aligned with company policies

  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee integration

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics

  • Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
