Collaborate with department heads to identify short- and long-term manpower needs
Analyze skill gaps and develop proactive recruitment strategies
Maintain talent pipelines for critical business positions
Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring efficiency and compliance
Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and hiring
Standardize recruitment policies, tools, and evaluation frameworks
Act as HR partner to business leaders regarding hiring requirements
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations
Support structured interview and assessment design
Develop sourcing channels and professional talent networks
