Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.

  • Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, and leave data.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Prepare salary sheets, pay-slips, and payroll reports.

  • Manage statutory deductions (tax, provident fund, insurance, etc.).

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for employee data updates.

  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.

  • Assist in payroll audits and internal controls.

  • Update payroll system with new hires, resignations, and salary revisions.
