Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in building a positive work culture and supporting business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all levels
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
• Develop employer branding initiatives
HR Operations & Administration
• Handle employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave management
• Oversee payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory deductions
• Ensure smooth exit management and full & final settlements
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee grievances and conflict resolution
• Drive employee engagement, team-building, and wellness initiatives
• Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture
Performance Management
• Design and implement KPI and performance appraisal systems
• Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews
• Identify training and development needs
Policy & Compliance
• Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Handle audits, inspections, and statutory filings
Learning & Development
• Plan training programs and skill development initiatives
• Coordinate leadership and behavioral training sessions
