Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies for training programs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets across working professionals
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine the sales pitch and positioning
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and coach team members toward consistent achievement
- Foster a results-oriented, customer-focused culture in the team
Self Motivated
- Work closely with country manager and initiate plans
- Should be able to work without any daily support system
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and training partners
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for certification upgrades or group enrollments
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle escalations if required
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with training delivery, operations, and content teams to align offerings with client needs
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and revenue reports for management review
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars to build brand visibility
