Strong communication and presentation skills

Good classroom management ability

Ability to explain scientific concepts in a clear and student-friendly way

Basic laboratory handling and safety knowledge

Strong lesson planning, assessment, and report writing skills

Ability to motivate and support students academically

Good organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic educational technology tools

Teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Fluency in English will be considered an advantage

Job Responsibilities –

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for secondary school students according to the school curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, class tests, and examination papers.

• Conduct practical demonstrations and supervise laboratory activities safely and effectively.

• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide support to improve their understanding and performance.

• Encourage critical thinking, scientific curiosity, and problem-solving skills among students.

• Maintain a disciplined, positive, and interactive classroom environment.

• Prepare students for school examinations and external assessments where applicable.

• Keep accurate records of attendance, assessment results, and student progress.

• Participate in school meetings, parent communication, training sessions, and academic events as required.

• Ensure proper use, safety, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and classroom resources.
