Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Bangla lessons for secondary school students according to the school curriculum

• Teach Bangla language, grammar, literature, composition, and comprehension effectively

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, class tests, and examination papers

• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide support for improvement in reading, writing, and speaking skills

• Encourage students to develop a strong understanding and appreciation of Bangla language and literature

• Maintain a disciplined, positive, and interactive classroom environment

• Prepare students for school examinations and other academic assessments

• Keep accurate records of attendance, assessment results, and student progress

• Participate in school meetings, parent communication, training sessions, and academic events as required

• Support co-curricular and literary activities such as debates, recitation, writing competitions, and cultural programs
