Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct effective HSC classes according to the NCTB curriculum and Education Board requirements.

• Prepare lesson plans, academic notes, teaching materials and assessments.

• Complete the assigned syllabus within the academic calendar.

• Prepare questions, evaluate answer scripts and submit results on time.

• Maintain students’ attendance and academic-progress records.

• Identify academically weak students and provide remedial support.

• Communicate professionally with students and guardians regarding academic progress.

• Use modern teaching methods, multimedia and digital learning resources.

• Conduct laboratory and practical classes for applicable subjects.

• Participate in academic meetings, guardian meetings, admission activities and college programmes.

• Support student discipline, ethical development and a safe learning environment.

• Contribute to student enrolment, retention, examination results and the overall growth of the college.

• Perform other relevant academic duties assigned by the Principal or authorized management.

Salary

• 20,000 to Tk. 30,000 per month; part-time remuneration negotiable

• Final designation and salary may be adjusted based on qualifications, relevant experience and performance in the selection process.
