Responsibilities & Context:
Wisdom Empire is looking for a passionate and skilled IELTS Instructor to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering effective IELTS preparation classes and supporting students throughout their learning journey.
Conduct engaging IELTS classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Prepare and update lesson plans, study materials, practice exercises, assignments, and mock tests.
Assess student performance regularly and provide clear, constructive feedback for improvement.
Provide individual guidance and support to help students overcome learning difficulties and achieve their target IELTS scores.
Create a positive, interactive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active participation.
Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate academic records.
Stay updated on IELTS exam formats, teaching methods, and relevant developments.
Collaborate with the academic team in improving course content and overall learning quality.
