Job Description : Education Counselor

Location: Baridhara, Dhaka Application

The Role:

Are you a vibrant, approachable, and empathetic communicator with a strong command of English? We are looking for a dynamic female Education Counselor to be the friendly, trusted face of StairTouch for our students. You will guide students through their study abroad dreams, focusing on top destinations like Cyprus, Malta, and South Korea. Additionally, you will work closely with our leadership team to support the Global Affairs department, giving you a unique opportunity to learn the strategic side of international university partnerships (full training and mentorship provided for this).

What You’ll Do:

• Counsel prospective students warmly and professionally, guiding them on university selections, admission requirements, and career pathways.

• Share your expertise on European and Asian destinations to help students make informed, confident decisions.

• Provide essential visa guidance, helping students understand documentation requirements, financial proofs, and interview preparation to ensure a high success rate.

• Support the Global Affairs department with university communications and partnership development (we will train you to excel in this!).

• Act as a mentor and friendly guide to students, ensuring they feel supported from their first inquiry to their final departure.
