• Age 25 to 40 years

• Master's degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an IB World School, preferably in MYP and/or DP.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Must be willing to reside on campus in the teachers' accommodation.

1. Deliver high-quality English instruction for MYP and DP students in accordance with IB standards, philosophy, and best practices.

2. Plan, prepare, and implement effective lesson plans, unit plans, assessments, and learning activities that promote inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.

3. Ensure students achieve academic excellence by monitoring progress, providing feedback, and implementing intervention strategies where necessary.

4. Communicate exclusively in English with students and foster the development of reading, writing, speaking, listening, and research skills.

5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment results, academic performance, and overall progress.

6. Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.

7. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and provide academic support where required.

8. Collaborate with the IB Coordinator and academic team to ensure consistent implementation of the IB curriculum and assessment standards.

9. Train, mentor, and support Teaching Assistants, Housemasters, and junior teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and IB teaching methodologies.

10. Serve as a role model and mentor, contributing to students' overall academic, personal, and extracurricular development within the boarding school community.
