1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the IB curriculum for Business Management and Economics.

2. Teach Business Management and Economics courses with a focus on core principles, contemporary issues, and global perspectives.

3. Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction that promotes inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.

4. Assess and evaluate student progress through various formative and summative assessments.

5. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.

6. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and integrate real-world applications into the curriculum.

8. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and IB requirements.
