Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
∎ Teaching certification/license with specialization in Physical Education.
∎ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within an IB World School.
∎ Familiarity with the IB MYP/PYP/DP frameworks and inquiry-based learning methods.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE lessons in accordance with the PYP,MYP &DP frameworks.
∎ Employee must need to stay in school campus since its a boarding school.
∎ Promote physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and skill development across a range of sports and activities.
∎ Design age-appropriate, inclusive, and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education within interdisciplinary learning units according to IB curriculum.
∎ Provides appropriate safety instruction and makes safety checks on equipment and field areas to insure the over-all safety of students.
∎ Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to provide an orderly, productive environment in the physical education areas.
∎ Evaluates each student's growth in physical skills, knowledge, and contribution in team sports.
∎ Participate in coaching, outdoor education trips, school-wide events, and/or extracurricular activities.
∎ Most importantly, teacher should be responsible for student's overall improvement in academics and in other extracurricular actives.
