Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in teaching lessons in accordance with the NCTB curriculum (Bangla Version) and the school’s academic guidelines.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and instructional materials related to Mathematics and English.

• Help students understand fundamental mathematical concepts including numbers, basic operations, geometry and problem-solving techniques.

• Provide additional academic support to students who require extra assistance in Mathematics.

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating students’ progress through classwork, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.

• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation.

• Prepare and organize teaching aids, classroom materials, and academic resources.

• Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and student performance reports as required.

• Support classroom management and ensure students’ active participation in learning activities.

• Assist in organizing school events, academic programs, and co-curricular activities when required.

• Participate actively in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
