Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in teaching lessons in accordance with the NCTB curriculum (Bangla Version) and the school’s academic guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and instructional materials related to Mathematics and English.
Help students understand fundamental mathematical concepts including numbers, basic operations, geometry and problem-solving techniques.
Provide additional academic support to students who require extra assistance in Mathematics.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating students’ progress through classwork, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation.
Prepare and organize teaching aids, classroom materials, and academic resources.
Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and student performance reports as required.
Support classroom management and ensure students’ active participation in learning activities.
Assist in organizing school events, academic programs, and co-curricular activities when required.
Participate actively in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
