As these schools rely on a blended teaching model, the role bridges the gap between central academic standards and field-level implementation by ensuring academic integrity, monitoring student learning outcomes, and strengthening day-to-day academic operations at the school level.
The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold academic quality and integrity at the branch level through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and coordination. This involves close collaboration with Community Teachers, Online Teachers, Dhaka-based Education Coordinators, and Education Supervisors to identify learning gaps, prevent malpractice, ensure accurate assessment, and maintain reliable student performance records. By ensuring that students remain engaged, supported, and fairly evaluated, the Coordinator contributes directly to continuous academic improvement and institutional quality assurance.
Job Responsibilities:
Academic Monitoring & Integrity
Observe classroom teaching and online-supported lessons to identify challenges affecting learning, including teaching strategies, classroom management, student engagement, and technical limitations.
Verify students’ assignments, classwork, and assessment scripts to ensure accuracy, originality, and academic integrity.
Supervise and monitor classroom-based assessments and examinations to prevent malpractice and ensure fairness, transparency, and standardization in evaluation.
Student Learning Outcome Tracking
Conduct regular academic monitoring and spot assessments to evaluate students’ learning progress, identify strengths, and detect learning gaps in collaboration with central/Dhaka-based Senior Education Coordinators.
Track, verify, and maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, homework, and classwork, and share consolidated reports with relevant Senior Education Coordinators and Supervisors.
Follow up on students’ attendance and engagement to ensure consistent participation in learning.
Academic Support & Coordination
Provide timely feedback to Branch Teachers and coordinate Online Teachers’ academic feedback with central/Dhaka-based Senior Education Coordinators.
Support the planning and execution of remedial interventions and targeted academic support strategies for low-performing students.
Program Operations & School Support
Support and monitor school-level academic operations to ensure uninterrupted learning activities, smooth lesson delivery, and proper implementation of academic schedules.
Act as the primary on-field academic accountability focal point for Digital School operations at the branch level.
Support the organization and smooth execution of co-curricular and enrichment activities that enhance students’ holistic development.
Regularly review students’ learning progress and school's academic performance under the guidance of the Supervisor.
Any Other Responsibilities

Perform any other academic or program-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or required by the organisation to support institutional goals.
