Assistant Teacher (Class: I—IV and V—X for English Version/ Bangla Medium)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Subjects: English Version &Bangla Medium (Class: V—X): Bangla, English, Physics, Mathematics, Science, ICT, Religion (Islamic Studies, Hindu, Buddhist),
- Subjects: English Version &Bangla Medium (Class: I—IV): Bangla, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Religion (Islamic Studies, Hindu)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes, prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work and lesson plan for his/her subject according to National standards.
- Prepare question papers and mark schemes for the subject assigned.
- Prepare lecture materials and Power Point presentations for the classes
- Evaluate students` assignments and written works.
- Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
- Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent learners.
- Engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning, and promote research activities.
