Institution: Al Jamia As salafiya (girls section) Narayanganj.
Gender: Female candidate only
Educational Qualification
• Graduate or Master’s degree in Islamic Studies / Arabic / Education from a recognized institution.
• Good knowledge of Qur’an, Tajweed, and Arabic language.
• Language Skills: * English: Must have a strong command over written and spoken English.
Arabic: Must be proficient in reading and understanding (Grammatical expertise).
• Ability to supervise mainstream subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science according to the Bangladesh curriculum.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years teaching or academic management experience in a Madrasah or school.
• Experience in curriculum planning and teacher supervision will be preferred.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Islamic education and modern education system.
• Ability to coordinate between Qur’an, Arabic, and general subjects.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to guide teachers and monitor classroom teaching.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills.
• IT Literacy: Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) for academic reporting and record-keeping.
Responsibilities
• Supervise teaching of Qur’an, Arabic, and general subjects.
• Prepare and monitor academic plans, syllabus completion, and exam schedules.
• Guide and evaluate teachers’ performance.
• Ensure discipline and Islamic environment in academic activities.
• Communicate with management and parents regarding students’ progress.
Other Requirements
• Practicing Muslim with good Islamic character (Akhlaq).
• Ability to work sincerely for Islamic education and students’ development.
Salary
• 45000 ( it can be increased for the deserving candidate)
• Benefits: Residential facility (Accommodation) within the Teachers' Dormitory may be considered for the right candidate based on interview performance and requirements.
