Criteria / Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any subject. Preference may be given to candidates with background in Education, Islamic Studies, Psychology, Social Work, or other relevant fields.

Experience: At least 3–5 years experience in hostel management, boarding school supervision, or working with children and young adults.

Gender: Female candidate only, capable of supervising and caring for approximately 500 girls aged 5–22 years.

Religious and Moral Character: Practicing Muslim with strong Islamic values, good akhlaq, and modest conduct.

Leadership Ability: Ability to maintain discipline, safety, and a positive Islamic environment in the hostel.

Care and Supervision: Capable of ensuring students’ daily routine, hygiene, meals, study time, prayer time, and overall well-being.

Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administration.

Problem Solving: Ability to handle student issues, conflicts, emergencies, and health concerns responsibly.

Administrative Skills: Maintain hostel records, attendance, leave permissions, and discipline reports.

IT / Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is required. Candidate should be able to prepare reports, maintain records, and handle essential documentation using computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, or similar tools).

Personal Qualities: Patient, responsible, trustworthy, organized, and compassionate towards children and young adults.

Additional Requirements:

Residential Duty: Candidate must stay in the hostel as a resident superintendent and perform her duties from within the hostel.

Nature of the Position: This is a full-time, residential, and highly responsible position. Candidate should be mentally prepared to respond promptly in emergency situations at any time when needed.

Salary:

40,000 BDT (can be increased based on qualification and experience).
