• PhD with excellent academic background.

• Candidates with full time Bachelor's, Master's and PhD in the same discipline are strongly encouraged to apply.

• PhD from USA, Canada, Australia, UK or any top-ranking University of the world will receive priority.

• Minimum GPA 4.75 on a 5-point scale for SSC & HSC, minimum GPA 4.00 on a 5-point scale for O & A levels and CGPA 3.50 on a 4-point scale at Bachelor's and Master's levels.

• 15 years of full time/ active teaching experience at University level including 5 years as Associate Professor.

• Faculty members who started their carrier as Assistant Professor with Ph. D would need 12 years of full time/ active teaching experience including 5 years as Associate Professor.

• At least 15 publication points in reputed journals including 5 publication points as Associate Professor.

• Minimum qualifications may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

• Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.

• Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.

• Prepared to accept challenges and work under pressure.

• Have the ability to meet deadlines.

• HRM, Supply Chain Management, Economics, CSE, English, Law.

• Work as Faculty Member of Southeast University.
