- Age At least 26 years
a) Ph.D. from an internationally reputed university
b) 12 years of teaching/equivalent years of research experience
c) A minimum of 12 publications including journal articles (must be Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed), books and book-chapters (from renowned publishers)
d) Minimum 3 years of academic leadership and administrative experience in a good-quality university is required.
e) The Professor position should also have 3 to 5 years of academic leadership experiences and ability to lead a department / graduate program / center.
